4. Technical ability for PoCs/demos and implementation
5. Influencing decision makers and stake holders
6. Developing strategies to win against competition
7. Monthly sales forecasts and updates.
8-10yrs of experience in handling sales/business development of products related to Backup data and Data protection products and solutions.
