Prior to joining Flex-I Partners, Manoj worked with ICICI Bank, India’s
leading Bank, handling mortgages. Earlier, he had successful stints with Idea Cellular, Reliance
Communications and Blowplast Ltd in sales and marketing functions.
Mridul heads the International Operations for Flex-I Partners.He has over 20 years of experience in the Telecom Industry with Bharti Airtel Ltd, Reliance Communications Ltd & Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd. Prior to joining Flex-I Partners, he was the National Trade Marketing Head for Bharti Airtel Ltd. He has handled various roles in Sales & Marketing. His experience in Trade Marketing, Distribution, Brand Management, Product Development helps in enhancing the knowledge pool of Flex-I Partners and enabling the candidate selection in these spheres. Mridul has done his Masters in Marketing Management.
Neetha heads the Talent Sourcing team in Flex-I Partners. She has over 9 years of experience in search industry. She has been with the Flex-I Partners since its inception in 2006. Prior to Flex-I Partners she has worked with TeamLease Services, India’s leading staffing company, handling temporary staffing. She was awarded the ‘National Top Performer’ during her tenure with Team Lease. Neetha started her career with Stallion Pharmaceuticals in HR, where she led recruitments, performance management, professional developments and employee satisfaction initiatives.Neetha completed her MBA in HR .Her recent closures include, CEO for a Korean Conglomerate and Head- Broking for an NBFC in UAE.

Coordinate interview scheduling and post interview feedback, act as a conduit between the client and the candidates.
Assist in aligning the client and candidate on salary, joining date and other on boarding requirements.
