Job Description

Looking for Arabic Speaking Business Development Manager for a leading IT Services company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of application services and/or packaged solutions like Core Banking, BI, BPM, etc.
  • Responsible for revenue generation from the assigned region
  • Independently pursue and prospect into customers
  • Build and develop a strong Sales and Business development team
  • Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & business development initiatives
  • Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region


Desired Profile

  • Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
  • Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
  • Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills
  • Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building, Participation in high level BFSI events
  • Follow up on the accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities
  • Should have worked in a Fintech / IT services organization and have excellent connect with the CxO community in banks in the region
  • Willing to Travel to the assigned region internationally
  • Languages: Arabic
  • Education: Bachelor degree/MBA
  • Currently at a salary package of 15000-20000 SAR.
