Senior Legal Counsel for a leading telecom operator.
Responsible to support all aspects of the business by providing timely legal support and advice.
Managing the legal work including work allocation with the help of the team.
Review and draft a range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Provide contractual advice.
Assist with managing litigation including managing external providers.
Advice on internal process processes and procedures.
Collaborate on various legal, business, and administrative functions.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory issues affecting the company and telecom industry.
European national with Law degree & 6+years of legal experience working with telecom operators.
Experience in managing a team
Telecom experience highly preferred.
Litigation experience.
Consumer law and franchise experience.
Exposure to working with Government bodies, particularly regulatory related.
